As a registered charity, donations are crucial to our ability to provide a high level of service to people affected by brain injury in the Bedfordshire area.

About Brain Injury

Acquired brain injury (ABI) can happen to anyone at any time. The most common causes include traumatic injuries from road traffic accidents, falls, sporting accidents, industrial injuries and assaults. Equally as devastating are the non-traumatic causes of brain injury – strokes, haemorrhages, brain infections and tumours.

ABI is a growing issue nationally, with medical advances leading to an increasing survival rate following severe brain injury.

Donations enable us to continue to deliver practical help, support and advice to those who have suffered a brain injury and their family and carers.
